Leisa has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources. She has completed a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Human Resources) and a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations. Leisa is a Chartered Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), and Vice Preseident of their Queensland Council. She’s also a Member of the Queensland Industrial Relations Society and the Change Management Institute, and is highly experienced in and passionate about advising Board Members, CEOs, Directors and Senior Managers on a range of HR issues to ensure they are getting optimum productivity for a ROI on their people.
David is an experienced leader who has held a variety of technical, commercial and management roles during a successful 30 year career. With a holistic business view focusing on strategy, innovation, culture, employee engagement and customer satisfaction, he brings a wealth of business knowledge to HR Business Direction. David is a passionate, ethical and results driven professional who is equally comfortable communicating and developing effective relationships from the shop floor to executive level. He is driven to deliver business results without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.
