Wage Increase 2025

The Fair Work Commission has announced a 3.5% increase to t he National Minimum Wage and Modern Awards, effective from the first pay period following 1st July 2025.

The National Minimum wage will be increased to $24.95 per hour and $948.00 per week.

Therefore employers will need to;

• Ensure at least the minimum wage is paid for Non-Award personnel
• Hourly rates are increased as per the 3.5% Award Increase for Award paid employees
• Review annual wages for annualised Award personnel

The increase can also be used as a guide for non-Award personnel increases.
